Hello! Registration for Summer at Delphi is a simple yet personal process.

1. Fill out an Application Form for Summer

The first step is to fill out a Summer Enrollment Application Form and send it in via email, fax or by mail. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis for qualified applicants, so submit your application today!

2. Get a Tour of Delphi

The second step is a Campus Tour. These are personal tours for parents only, just one family at a time. I like to have the time to show you the facilities, summer schedule and curriculum, talk about your child’s academic goals for the summer, and make sure all your questions are answered.

Since our academic school year teachers are the same experienced staff for our Summer Camp, you will also have the opportunity to see them in action in the classrooms.

3. Your Child's Visiting Day

After the Tour, the third step is to have prospective campers visit for one full day at Delphi Academy. This is the Evaluation Day, and not only allows your child to become familiar with Delphi, the teachers and to make new friends, but also allows us to see where your child is at academically.

At the end of the Evaluation Day, parents return and are given the results of the assessment. You will find out how your child is doing academically and in respect to his or her age and grade level. Areas of strength and weakness will be noted, and we can give suggestions for the academic focus this summer that would most benefit the student. The Evaluation Day helps Delphi place the student in a Summer class where they will feel comfortable and can excel. Cost for the Evaluation is $75.

4. Confirm Enrollment

The final step of Registration will simply be to confirm the dates of Summer Camp enrollment, fill out any remaining forms (medical, who can pick up your child, special instructions, etc.) and to pay the Tuition fees. We require a minimum of four weeks consecutive enrollment and there are a maximum of eight weeks available.
