Visiting
Visiting our campus in Santa Clara is the best way to get to know us. We encourage
you to set up a tour of the school during a weekday so you can observe classes in
session. This can be scheduled by contacting our Head of Admissions, Maria Agrillo.
Tours are for parents only and we only tour one family at a time in order to ensure
personalized attention and to answer any questions you may have.
Daily Schedule
The school day runs from 8:30 am until 4:15 pm Monday through Friday. For all levels,
academics are conducted throughout the morning and early afternoon hours. The late
afternoons are typically devoted to various practical activities, sports, arts,
music and other electives. Elementary and Middle School students generally continue
academics into the afternoon period while Lower School students are busy with practical
and physical activities.
Afternoon Activities are offered from 4:15 pm to 5:15 pm in nine-week sessions.
The purpose of Afternoon Activities are to offer educational and extremely affordable
extra-curricular activities to families. The courses available may vary each session,
but may include a foreign language, dance, arts and crafts, chess, a seasonal sport
or guitar. Students who do not enroll in an Afternoon Activity and who are not picked
up by 4:15 pm will either attend Study Hall or Lower School Free Play on the playground,
which are free activities.
Additional care is available until 6:15 pm for a small fee, up to $100 per month.
